About Ryan
As the Director of District Partnerships, I develop relationships with Elevo’s district contacts to help deliver programming throughout Central California. My role is to ensure Elevo can fully answer the needs of each school in each district to help them reach their goals.
What is our Mission?

Elevo provides a range of in-school and out-of-school-time (OST) programs and services designed to support the physical, mental, and academic well-being of all students. For almost two decades we’ve partnered with districts across California to meet their unique programming and staffing needs. We impact hundreds of thousands of students per year through our programs.

Our Expanded Learning solution brings educational, academic, and physical enrichment components together into one program. Our programs are designed to expand on what students are doing in school, while offering new ways to learn, create relationships, be active, build skills, and have fun.

What’s New For '24
More Expanded Learning Options for Districts Districts can choose our turnkey model of educational, academic,
and physical enrichment, or co-design a model that integrates with existing district programming, or provides a hybrid model of clubs and enrichment.
Curriculum Enhancements
- EQ: We’ve created 12 Core Assets of emotional intelligence for each grade band and updated our discussion guides to ensure accessibility for all cultures.
- Thematic Enrichment: We’ve redesigned units to provide more opportunity for student voice and choice across grade bands.
- Arts & Music: Our enrichment curriculum not only supports ELO, but Prop 28 as well.
More Rotational Sports
We’re adding several new sports for 24–25 to complement our existing rotations.
All Of Our Programs Are:
WASC-accredited our activities are informed by state standards in language arts, science, recreation, physical fitness, and prevention activities.
Developmentally appropriate and tailored for different grade bands.
Using a whole child framework and leverage the Science of Learning and Development (SoLD).
Infused with Elevo’s Core Practices (Warm Welcomes, Community Circles, Team Agreements, Supported Transitions, Optimistic Closures).
