Referral Program - Terms & Conditions
Referrals are an important source of qualified candidates for our programs. Elevo’s Employee Referral Program encourages anyone to refer a candidate to Elevo. Referrers will be eligible for a referral bonus if the person they refer is hired and remains an Active employee of Elevo for at least 60 days following their start date, or until the end of program they are hired for, which ever come first (“Eligibility Date”).
If the referrer is an eligible Elevo employee, payment of the referral bonus will be made no later than the second payroll following the eligibility date. If the referrer is not an Elevo employee, the referral bonus will be paid within 10 days of the eligibility date.
Certain Elevo employees are not eligible for a referral bonus. This includes Directors and above or Field Operations and Talent Acquisition Staff directly involved in the hiring process. Field Operations and Talent Acquisition Staff are eligible for a referral bonus for referrals for programs they are not responsible to staff.
Elevo reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the referral program at any time. By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that communication with referred individuals may be facilitated by third-party platforms (e.g., Paradox) on behalf of Elevo.
